About The Position

We are seeking Guest Experience Team Members responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You will work as a team to ensure each guest has an outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand. We are looking for individuals who are confident, safety-driven, efficient, and guest-obsessed. Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
A sense of urgency.
A passion for serving others.
Awesome customer service skills
Be fluent in both writing and speaking the English and Spanish languages
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
Respond quickly to sounds
Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
See clearly and respond to dangerous situations

Responsibilities

Deliver mind blowing customer service.
Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel.
Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
