This role is responsible for resolving all customer needs via phone, chat, and/or email. This includes handling order placement, pricing inquiries, returns, order expediting, order tracking, delivery quotes, shipping schedules, and providing general product information. The position also involves managing website correspondence messages, investigating and resolving problems related to mis-shipments or shortages, and initiating the returns process. Training in data entry is required. The team member must be capable of covering for other Customer Service Representatives and Order Entry personnel, and assisting throughout the East Coast Call Center.
