Position Summary: The focus of this position will be to provide exemplary customer service to CHN residents, contractors, internal and external partners, and vendors. The rate of pay for this position is $19.00 per hour (FLSA Non-Exempt)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish, English)
  • Great computer skills; MS Excel and Word
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from residents, contractors, technicians and property managers
  • Scheduling work orders for technicians, contractors and manger inspections
  • Communicating with technicians in the field as needed
  • Calling residents for appointment reminders and follow-up quality control calls
  • Following up on contractor work orders
  • Scheduling utility services
  • Downloading PMV information and score sheets
  • Assisting with subsidy work orders and scheduling
  • Other duties as assigned.
