The Customer Service Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the daily operational tasks that ensure the smooth processing of customer orders, deliveries, invoices, and the execution of further documents and incidents such as complaints and returns. This role involves working closely with clients on various aspects of the supply chain, including shipments, receivables, receipts of goods, reserves, and claims. A key part of the role is utilizing SAP to manage the customer database, process orders and invoices, handle picking/unpacking of goods, register shipping documents, manage returns, and maintain customer-specific data like discounts, prices, and conditions. The coordinator will also be responsible for forming the daily shipment schedule based on inventory and upcoming receipts, monitoring service levels and delivery times, and proposing solutions for improvement to meet company targets and minimize penalties. Additionally, the role involves receiving and resolving customer complaints efficiently, using a ticketing system (FreshService) for communications, and interacting with transport companies, as well as the Sales and Marketing Department.
