As a Customer Service Specialist, you will answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow-up, and communication. You will interact with multiple business locations to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner, and that all location-specific policies and procedures are followed. You will serve as a customer service liaison, communicating with each Business Unit to provide information for daily business functions. You will provide a high level of customer service in accordance with each customer's issue or request. Other duties as assigned.
