About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The Customer Service Specialist is tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Must be able to work at stores within a 25-mile radius of Store #708949 (7447 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70806).
  • Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
  • Ability to protect the business and its operations and reputation.
  • Ability to protect the safety of the Company’s customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
