Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
