About The Position

We are looking to hire a Service Call Agent to oversee customer inquiries and concerns in our call center environment. This is a hybrid role - between Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist. Both roles will have an emphasis on Customer Service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Call Service Agent, or similar experience/call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to continuously expand skillset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Call intake: Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Gather and document accurate information about the customer, appliance model, serial number, issue, and pertinent details.
  • Work within the supportive team in the Service Department
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Quality Assurance and Problem Resolution
  • Front Desk Support 2 days a week
