We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Hoegemeyer team. Customer Service Specialists oversee order fulfillment from customer contact through delivery, partnering with internal teams to ensure the right product arrives on time with accurate documentation. Please note: This is a remote position. Visa sponsorship is not available Relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or related functions
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
• Confidence in addressing customer issues and driving solutions

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between dealers, sales, and cross‑functional partners
• Manage complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products
• Own service resolution end‑to‑end, leading corrective actions when issues arise
• Train and support dealers and field teams on SeedWare order and account management
• Championing the customer experience while balancing business priorities
• Collaborate closely with CSS peers and Sales teams to deliver seamless service
