Purpose of the Position: Provide customer service to all Orotex customer, data entry, support all department goal.

Requirements

• Detailed oriented and motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills (i.e Inventory systems, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to work independently, excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to understand, speak and read English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for 8 plus hours daily
• Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects
• Ability to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop and walk frequently
• Safety glasses at all times, safety gloves, non-slip work shoes, ear plugs as necessary

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive experience with high volume manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work overtime and needed

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and production data into Excel spreadsheets
• Enter and maintain customer orders and forecasts using NetSuite
• Assist all customers with their needs
• Create and monitor sales orders
• Transfer forecast data from EDI to NetSuite
• Conduct physical inventory counts as required
• Ensures all daily paperwork is completed by packers and verifies information
• Cross train in other areas and other duties as assigned or required
