Our Specialist will… First person customers will speak with via phone, text or email - you will be the super hero to happily resolve customer concerns and requests! Answer incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments. Lead with empathy and a service mindset, you’ll keep integrity and excellence at the forefront as you coordinate service, resolve issues and support overall satisfaction to help the company maintain and grow customers. Monitor, update and maintain customer databases with accurate customer information including call details, payments, and other information. Work in a fast paced, supportive & lively atmosphere. Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules— don’t worry, we will train you!

Requirements
