About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist role is essential to the success of Sherwin-Williams retail stores. This position involves working closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction, staying current with product features, and maintaining high standards for product quality and store appearance. The role also focuses on achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. Job duties may involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Due to the nature of the role, a review of criminal history is deemed necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

Requirements

Must be able to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #1439, located at 11339 S Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc MI, 48439.
