Real time monitoring/processing for sales mobile orders and inputting manual orders received via Email, Fax, or Phone). Canada orders and Grand opening order process. Checking back orders and the status of orders. Sales return order review and billing process. Online (Ivykiss.com) Inquiries/Assistance Customer Claim Service: Reporting Shortages and Damages, processing credit or replacement orders Carrier Claim and Shipment Tracking: Resolving shipping issues due to UPS or truck deliveries and carrier claims Reporting: Monthly pending sales orders and sales return.
