About The Position

If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role might be a great fit. We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Specialists who take pride in connecting with customers through email, live chat, text and phone while delivering a great experience from the first hello to the final resolution. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Bluffdale, Utah office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• bachelor’s degree a plus
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required

Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism and care.
• Processing orders and resolving issues efficiently using up-to-date tools and technology.
• Becoming a go-to resource for product, pricing and shipping questions.
• Building genuine relationships with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the right solutions.
• Guiding customers through online platforms and self service options.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
