Requirements

Proficient in order entry, data entry, and order processing.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between them seamlessly.
Crystal-clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to extrapolate information and ensure mutual understanding.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outside sales and cold calling.
Familiarity with CRM and logistics.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively within a small team in our corporate office on assigned tasks.
Process orders and complete order entry using NetSuite ERP system.
Engage with customers through warm and cold calls to re-establish business relationships.
Manage 60% customer service tasks and 40% sales calls.
Accept and input orders, answer customer inquiries via phone and webchat.
Collaborate with design and production teams to fulfill custom sign requests.
Develop creative solutions to enhance process efficiency.
Assist the Sales Department with additional duties as needed.
Oversee the entire back-end process of orders, ensuring clarity and understanding with customers.
