About The Position

Our client, a leading distributor of HVAC monitoring and security system products, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This position serves as a key point of contact for business customers, providing product support, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional phone presence
  • Comfortable working in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or order entry experience
  • Experience working with technical products

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from business customers, answer product inquiries, and accurately process orders
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely and professional service
  • Assist customers with product selection, availability, pricing, and order status updates
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems
  • Work closely with internal departments, including sales and operations, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
