We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support and enhance our customer experience programs. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, clients, and internal teams—delivering responsive support, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring smooth program execution. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic approach.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in customer support, travel coordination, hospitality, or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, Concur, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for retail customers, clients, and internal team members. Manage inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
  • Arrange and document flights, hotel accommodations, and rental cars for attendees, clients, and team members. Ensure accuracy, cost-efficiency, and a seamless travel experience.
  • Provide day-to-day support across multiple program initiatives, effectively shifting priorities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions within CRM systems to support ongoing service and issue resolution.
  • Proactively manage and resolve unexpected challenges using critical thinking and resourcefulness. Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors when necessary.
  • Take accountability for assigned tasks and program deliverables while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
