About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and financial professionals. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, ranging from basic account questions to more complex, market-sensitive inquiries. Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience required (call center experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage a high-volume call environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and retain detailed information
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 45–55 inbound calls per day, addressing a variety of customer needs
  • Respond to inquiries from agents, policyholders, and third parties with accuracy and professionalism
  • Provide comprehensive support on financial products, including: Product features and changes, Tax implications and state regulations, Claims and policy details
  • Explain policy information such as beneficiary designations, account values, and contract terms
  • Process transactions, including: Address and beneficiary updates, Ownership changes, Partial withdrawals and replacements
  • Accurately document all interactions and ensure appropriate resolution
  • Communicate with customers via multiple channels and proactively identify solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, systems, and policies
