Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. This is a part-time role with a pay rate of $19/HR, requiring work at two locations: Store #3078 at 3109 Watson Rd, Saint Louis, 63139, and Store #8480 at 3421 S. Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, 63118. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is deemed necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
