About The Position

This is a hybrid role that combines Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on customer service. The role involves managing customer inquiries and concerns within a call center environment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent listening skills, a customer-service focus, and the ability to remain positive and upbeat in a fast-paced setting. Professionalism and a genuine care for company culture and values are also important.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Call Service Agent, or similar experience/call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to continuously expand skillset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction - Call intake
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Gather and document accurate information about the customer, appliance model, serial number, issue, and pertinent details.
  • Serve as a Communications Hub
  • Work within the supportive team in the Service Department
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Quality Assurance and Problem Resolution
  • Front Desk Support 2 days a week
