The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The goal is to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, including potential minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
