About The Position

Our Customer Service Specialists support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands and help answer inbound customer calls. Working from home, our Specialists not only assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations but also promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume.

Requirements

  • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment.
  • 12+ months of service experience.
  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens.
  • Must follow computer system requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed).
  • Must reside in Ohio to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands by answering inbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations.
  • Promote products and improve sales.
  • Handle a high-paced call volume.
  • Confirm refunds.
  • Take payments.
  • Place orders.
  • Analyze account data.
