About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to provide outstanding support to customers and help ensure a positive experience at every interaction in a medical environment. In this role, you will handle questions, resolve concerns, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. This position offers a pay range of $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience. Bilingual is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a medical office setting is required.
- Previous customer service experience required.

Nice To Haves
- EMR experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a benefit to the patient population.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling appointments and confirming patient information.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Athena for efficient data management.
- Address patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and office policies.
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Take copays from patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer multi-line phone
- Create patient charts
