About The Position

Grow your career by joining the Parks, Recreation & Libraries team in the role of Customer Service Specialist. This is a part-time, temporary position that will work a maximum of 1,000 or 1,500 hours in the fiscal year. This role is utilized at various City of Roseville Parks, Recreation & Libraries facilities, including the Mahany Fitness Center, the Maidu Community Center, the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool, and the Parks, Recreation & Libraries Administrative Office located at 316 Vernon Street. In this role, some of your duties may include, but are not limited to completing park & facility rentals, responding to calls, emails, and in-person requests from the public, data entry plus so much more. Requirements

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade, GED, or higher level degree.

Nice To Haves

• One season of experience in a position assisting in recreation facilities, recreation programs, customer service or a related field is desirable.
