About The Position

Infineon is seeking individuals for their Graduate Programs or first full-time roles to help shape the future. This role involves supporting the quoting and order entry process, assisting with customer account management, coordinating logistics, capturing customer feedback, collaborating across departments, participating in process improvement initiatives, and managing customer data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Recently completed or soon-completing Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • No prior experience expected — the right attitude and foundation to grow with the organization.
  • Comfort learning new systems and platforms for customer data management, order tracking, and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Eagerness to build cross-departmental relationships and contribute within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solver willing to identify improvements and take ownership of personal development.
  • US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

  • Support the quoting and order entry process by learning internal systems and assisting with accurate and timely order handling.
  • Assist with customer account management by learning to understand customer needs and helping ensure those needs are met.
  • Help coordinate customer requests related to deliveries, logistics, and product information under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to improve products and services while learning to escalate issues promptly to leadership.
  • Build relationships across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Quality while developing a broad understanding of the business.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and team efficiency.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage customer data, track orders, support analytics, and assist with audits and reporting.
