About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to Fleet Services customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the Fleet Services department and its customers, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. The specialist will provide customer service by email and phone to current and potential customers, with no cold calling required. This is an in-person job.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of office experience or similar experience
  • Able to communicate Business to Business transactions
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Pleasant phone demeanor
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year degree
  • Familiarity with the fuel industry
