About The Position

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work within a 15-mile radius of Store #3025 (4278 S. 27th Street, Milwaukee WI 53221) and Store #3713 (11010 W. National Avenue, West Allis WI 53227). This is a Part-Time job with a starting pay of $18.30/hr or based on relevant experience. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, and stay up-to-date with product features while maintaining high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role also involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

Requirements
