The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for our B2B customer base, building strong relationships and consistently delivering best-in-class customer service. In this role, you will manage the full order lifecycle, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs in a timely manner, and contribute to the continued growth and retention of our customer accounts.
