We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to oversee assigned customer accounts and deliver a tailored service experience based on each account’s specific requirements. This is a fast-paced, primarily email-based role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. This is not a Sales Position.
