Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a Customer Service Specialist. This full-time position directly impacts the satisfaction of our customers. Some of the responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist role include reviewing orders and ensuring accuracy, verifying stock availability, responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone and/or email, remaining in contact with the sales team, resolving issues via appropriate channels, and maintaining knowledge of our products and services. Above all, the ideal candidate should be a great brand ambassador who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
