  • Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and online platforms
  • Provide friendly, helpful information and guidance
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments and next steps
  • Follow up to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Represent Castle Automotive Group with professionalism and care
  • Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed
