This role involves providing customer service and technical support to both retail and retail customers via multiple communication channels. The specialist will also support the Customer Service department in various roles, including cross-training, processing parts orders and warranty claims, answering related questions, and maintaining records. A key aspect of the role is learning the product thoroughly, from frame to final assembly.
