Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Positive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience supporting order management, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order support
  • Manage customer orders in SAP with a high level of accuracy
  • Monitor order status, inventory availability, and delivery timelines
  • Proactively identify risks that may impact on-time delivery
  • Communicate updates, changes, and solutions clearly to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and order records
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Participate in demand and forecasting review discussions
  • Help coordinate a 72-hour ship readiness process to support successful deliveries
  • Build strong internal and external relationships through professionalism and responsiveness
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the customer experience
  • Utilize Microsoft 365
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements
