About The Position

Asahi Beer USA, in partnership with Octopi Brewing in Wisconsin, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. This role is crucial for the Supply Chain team, acting as the link between the brewery and its customers. The specialist will manage orders, complaints, and accounts, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from production to delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into supply chain operations, take ownership of customer relationships, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• University education and/or relevant trade experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a transport, logistics, or sales operations role
• General knowledge of the ordering process, and delivery and payment terms
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts — production, warehousing, and distribution
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with international logistics/distribution terminology
• Experience with SAP or other ERP business process systems
• A second language

Responsibilities

• Support a smooth, end-to-end supply chain process between the brewery and our customers
• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately and on time
• Manage complaint intake, resolution, and customer follow-up
• Oversee the complete process for beer and returnables
• Support reconciliation of customer accounts with breweries and Finance
• Build and maintain positive, lasting customer relationships
• Help identify and implement improvements to supply chain and customer service processes
