About The Position
Develop strong relationships with customers and fellow employees as you perform a variety of tasks throughout the day. As a Customer Service Specialist at our new Pawnee City Shuttle, you will serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with people who come in or call your location and directing them as necessary. Utilize organization skills to perform basic administrative and grain-related tasks: operate the scale to weigh trucks, test for grain quality, data entry, and more.
