Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding products, timelines, and expectations.
  • Drive order approvals and production in a timely manner.
  • Complete quality checks on high-value orders (over $750).
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure order accuracy.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ICE standards.
  • Answer and document customer calls promptly and accurately.
