About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with excellent benefits to join our retail team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Arcadia, CA. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, creating eyewear products, maintaining a positive store environment, participating in staff meetings, training team members, and assembling eyeglasses. The ideal candidate will promote high service standards and help exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of retail experience.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and move around the sales floor or stockroom for most of the day.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and respond to questions and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.
Handle customer complaints professionally and take initiative to find appropriate solutions.
Create eyewear products with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Maintain a warm, friendly, and supportive store environment.
Participate in staff meetings to improve customer service, store operations, and sales performance.
Train and support less experienced team members and lead by example.
Adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses to meet each customer’s needs.
Promote high service standards and help exceed customer expectations.
