This position is crucial for the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide information about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest suitable solutions. They are responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction, staying informed about product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of products and the store. Customer Service Specialists are expected to deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. The role involves interacting with customers, including minors, and handling cash, other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, with access that may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is conducted to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
