About The Position

TDP Bakery is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the key connection between customers, stores, and internal teams. This role focuses on resolving service issues, supporting daily operations, and improving the overall customer experience through strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position reporting to the Customer Logistics Manager at our corporate office in Chandler, Arizona. This role is offered as a hybrid position with work performed 3 days onsite, 2 remote after training.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Experience in logistics, distribution, or customer operations preferred
Experience supporting multi-location or retail operations
Familiarity with order management, routing, or CRM systems

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, routing, and product quality
Manage shared inbox and phone support; document and escalate recurring issues
Monitor driver feedback and daily operations to ensure accuracy
Coordinate routing and volume changes with internal teams
Prepare weekly service reports (trends, KPIs, key issues)
Communicate updates to stores and support manual order entry as needed
Assist with onboarding, product launches, and market initiatives
Lead weekly market meetings, track action items, and coordinate internal communications
