About The Position

Massey Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their GreenUp Tallahassee team. This role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries, and welcoming new customers. It also includes a high volume of outbound calls for customer satisfaction, appointment confirmation, and payment collection. Additional responsibilities may include daily reporting, updating customer accounts, accounts payable, HR paperwork, and payroll processing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Previous experience with customer service on the phone
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
  • Time management talent and a sense of urgency
  • Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service
  • Welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments
