About The Position
Jubitz Fleet Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making customers feel valued. You’ll be a key contact for our business-to-business customers, providing support by phone and email, resolving issues, answering questions, and helping deliver a World Class Customer Experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2+ years of office, customer service, or similar experience
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work with numbers, percentages, and practical calculations
- Ability to understand technical procedures and regulations
- A genuine desire to help customers!
Nice To Haves
- Two-year degree preferred
- Fuel industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and email
- Support current and potential Fleet Services customers
- Resolve customer questions and issues
- Work with internal teams to find solutions
- Handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Communicate products, services, pricing, and account information
- Find win/win solutions for customers and Jubitz
- Participate in our After-Hours Phone Rotation approximately 1 week per month (includes weekends), averaging 10–12 calls per week.
