Acrisure is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support its Aerospace platform. This role provides day-to-day support to clients and internal teams by assisting with policy servicing, documentation, and client communication. In this role, you will work with a wide range of aviation clients, including corporate and private aircraft owners, while supporting insurance agents and underwriters. Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail, especially related to data entry and documentation
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Basic math skills, including the ability to work with premiums, percentages, and commissions
Positive, customer-focused mindset
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Assist with incoming client and agent inquiries via phone and email
Support agents with applications, policy updates, and general servicing requests
Review new and renewal policies, endorsements, and certificates for accuracy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the agency management system
Document all client interactions and activities within internal systems
Provide administrative and operational support to the underwriting and service teams
Ensure timely follow up and high-quality customer service across all interactions
Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
