About The Position

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, both new and returning. In many ways, you’ll be the voice of our business! This role is all about providing exceptional support to our customer pack. Redbarn Pet Products is a 28-year veteran in the Pet industry and holds out as one of the few founder owned and operated brands, dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative Dog food, chews, and treats. With a focus on integrity, quality, and innovation, our mission is to make pets happy by offering products that seamlessly transition from chew time to treat time to mealtime. Our brands are poised for a revolution as our business has grown considerably with our entry into the food category 5 years ago.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent, with some related experience preferred.
Able to read, write, and communicate clearly.
Basic math skills to handle customer orders and inquiries.
Apply common sense to solve straightforward problems.
Comfortable with database and internet software, as well as word processing tools.
Strong multitasking abilities.

Some related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text.
Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs.
Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications.
Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.
