About The Position

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, both new and returning. In many ways, you’ll be the voice of our business! This role is all about providing exceptional support to our customer pack.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some related experience preferred.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate clearly.
  • Basic math skills to handle customer orders and inquiries.
  • Apply common sense to solve straightforward problems.
  • Comfortable with database and internet software, as well as word processing tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • This role involves sitting for long periods, using your hands, and communicating frequently. You might occasionally need to lift items up to 10 pounds, and less frequently, items up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text.
  • Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs.
  • Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications.
  • Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.
