Interviews customers, prepares orders for new services and changes. Interacts with the subscriber/customer to achieve positive subscriber/customer relations. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing complaints, and promoting new services. The specialist will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as mail processing, filing, and scanning documents. Additionally, they will handle billing inquiries, assist with collections, and maintain customer confidentiality in accordance with CPNI regulations. The position may require on-call availability during evenings and weekends.
