About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The Customer Service Specialist is tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. This access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation, and to protect the safety of the Company’s customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #3169 (497 Marschall Rd., Shakopee, MN 55379).
  • Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal history review.
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws including with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act where applicable.
