Position Summary: The Customer Service Specialist develops and maintains customer relationships and delivers the highest quality customer service through inbound and outbound customer calls. They will report to the Customer Service Lead. This position also manages incoming customer calls, elevates unresolved customer issues to designated departments, providing B2B & AR support as needed.
