About The Position

Long-Lewis is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our dealership team. In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming experience both over the phone and in person. You'll support multiple departments by directing calls, greeting guests, assisting the sales team, and helping customers become comfortable with the technology in their new vehicles. Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls professionally and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
Gather accurate information from callers to ensure efficient call routing.
Log missed calls for Sales Consultants and Service Advisors.
Welcome and greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
Assist the Sales Department by providing outstanding customer support throughout the vehicle purchase process.
Help customers understand and use the technology and features in their new vehicle.
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Support dealership operations with additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
