The Customer Service Specialist role at Frost is for individuals who enjoy helping others, finding solutions, and making decisions. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first line of support for customers' banking needs from one of Frost's 24/7 contact centers. This involves answering inbound and outbound calls, identifying issues, and collaborating with other business lines to fulfill requests. Customers appreciate speaking with real people located in Texas. The role includes a 4-week initial training course (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.), followed by a multi-week training and development program, and then an 8-week comprehensive training program at the One Frost campus (Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm). Flexible availability, including weekends, is required to support the 24/7 customer connection.
