About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The goal will be to provide excellent customer service while promoting our products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs.
  • Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer needs and project requirements.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on new products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
  • Other duties as assigned.
