About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who loves plants and solving problems. You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients’ customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and sharing your horticulture know-how.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in customer support or consumer-facing roles
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for plants, gardening, and helping customers succeed.

Nice To Haves

  • Horticulture knowledge is a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support across phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service questions with confidence.
  • Educate customers on safe, effective plant care and product use.
  • Track and report trends in feedback to help improve products and experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams across operations, product, and billing to make processes smoother.
